Personal Bio:
After years of chronic fatigue, various physical problems (PCOS, acne, eczema etc) and eventually depression; after trying many, many therapies (both traditional and alternative) – I was introduced to The Journey. At my very first process I was amazed at how easily I was able to clear a large issue, which had been present in my life for a long time. Instantly I recognised The Journey as a tool which was able to effect deep, permanent change in my life and remove me from the cycles of dysfunctional patterns. I also came to appreciate how The Journey continues to work – long after I had the actual process.
As a mother of three children, the changes within myself were greatly reflected in my relationship with my children, my partner and my former husband . Most importantly, I was able to recognise that as I began to live my life in greater freedom of true expression, that my family were freed up to live fully as their own selves. So many old dynamics just fell away. Other stronger limiting behaviours were able to be lovingly revealed for what they were and as I evolved, as my family grew more harmonious, there was so much more mutual support to be present to each other in letting go these old ways of being. An effortless flow of life began to express itself within all of us.
Journey Practice:
As a Senior Accredited Journey Practitioner I work with people across all ranges of life – addressing all of life’s issues. I have worked with men, women, children and babies. I consistently attract clients who have illness (eg cancer), relationship issues and sexuality issues. There is a stillness and safety in being embraced in total acceptance and from that place access the willingness to face and heal all that inhibits us from living fully.
I am passionately interested in balancing the feminine and masculine energies within each human, helping people to reflect this externally and live from presence – bringing healing to humanity in this way.
As part of my work in the Journey organisation, I have been appointed as a mentor to training practitioners and to the Melbourne practitioner community. I also serve as a trainer at advanced Journey events.
Doula practice:
As a birth support person, Journey work is integrated with innate midwifery knowledge. Being a Doula means I am there to fully be with a woman and her partner as they experience one of life’s most potent experiences. I offer practical guidance and knowledge, physical support, spiritual space and ultimately emotional support – so each woman can find within herself strength to deliver her baby, on her terms. Birth is a sacred experience and it is each human’s birthright to experience being born as a natural, orgasmic start to life.
In my practice I openly embrace each individual’s personal path and work co-operatively with other health professionals to open the door to permanent and sustainable change.
I have co-facilitated many workshops that cover a range of human life stages:
Sacred Sexuality for men and women: Tantric Blossoming
Journey for Kids: Junior Journey
Women’s Sanctuary: Wellness
… and more: Natural Therapies
